Bleu Squid in Olde Mistick Village built a reputation over the years for indulgent breakfast and lunch fare, and as a beloved Sunday Brunch Destination. The restaurant has now expanded to include the Never Enough Bake Shop, which was officially founded in February 2020 as a Cottage Food Law Operation by Aimee Filippetti.

Owner and Pastry Chef, Aimee Filippetti is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. In 2015 she received her Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts and, in 2016, her Bachelors Degree in Food Business Management, with a concentration in Advanced Baking and Pastry. In October 2020, with her Mom, she purchased the Bleu Squid. This is now where you can find all of the original Never Enough favorites, signature cakes and custom confections, while enjoying the Bleu Squid classics.
